Oldies But Goodies

From the San Antonio Humane Society

Senior pets are often some of the sweetest and most loyal animals in a shelter. They might be a few years older, but with age also comes wisdom, experience, and patience. Because they’ve been around a while, they’ve learned how to behave in nearly every family situation and will make great pets for single families, families with children, older couples, and everyone few and far between. Come check out our oldies; they are ready and waiting to settle into their new forever homes and live out their lives being wonderful companions.

These animals are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped and can be visited at the San Antonio Humane Society, 4804 Fredericksburg Rd., San Antonio, TX 78229

Tigger
Tigger is a sweet guy who was taken in at our receiving facility at Animal Care Services. At 15 years old, Tigger is one of our special Oldies but Goodies pets, but don’t let Tigger’s age discourage you from making him the newest addition to your family. Tigger is still young at heart and is a very playful cat. He loves to receive attention and will often stretch out on his back and roll on the floor to show you just how much he is enjoying his time with you. Tigger will make a great addition to any family, so adopt him at the San Antonio Humane Society today!

Mr. Spencer

Mr. Spencer is an eight year old male terrier mix.  He's a small dog who gives lots of love and devotion. He may seem a little shy when you first meet him, but after a few minutes of showing him some love he will remain as close to you as possible. Mr. Spencer enjoys playing with other small dogs and human. Mr. Spencer is content taking walks outside or curled up in the lap of someone he loves.
