Free Vaccinations through February
Thanks
to a grant from the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to
Animals (ASPCA), the SNAP mobile clinics in Houston and San Antonio will
be providing free vaccinations to qualifying low income households. The vaccinations offered include distemper vaccinations for cats and distemper/parvo vaccinations for dogs. This program runs through the end of February. The
cost of these preventative treatments is normally $17.50 each. Clients can
check the Houston and San Antonio mobile clinic web pages to find out
whether they qualify for free services. Those who do are encouraged to
check the appropriate (Houston or San Antonio) mobile clinic schedule to
find out when the mobile clinic will be in their neighborhood
